Suspected Fulani herdsmen have attacked Sunji/Kagoro community in Kaura local government area of Kaduna state although they were met with stiff resistance from community members. Daily Post reports that the invasion occoured on Tuesday, January 3 but security personnel and members of the community fought back.
This attack is coming on the heels of a peace agreement signed by Miyetti Allah and Southern Kaduna people where they agreed to live in harmony. He said: “We are making effort to deploy more security operatives in the area to ensure proper security of lives and property.
