Dasuki Remanded In Kuje Prison Despite Bail - SEE WHY

Former National Security Adviser, Col Sambo Dasuki (rtd) has been remanded in Kuje prison pending the time he will meet bail conditions. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had last Wednesday charged the Dasuki, former Sokoto State governor, Attahiru Bafarawa, former minister of state for finance, Bashir Yuguda, Shuaibu Salisu, and Sagir Bafarawa on a 22- count of conspiracy, bribery, abuse of office and criminal breach of trust to the tune of N28 billion.

Justice Hussein Baba-Yusuf, of the FCT High Court on Friday granted Dasuki and five other persons bail in the sum of N250m each.
